The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. An example of this is when purchasing an event entry via our online shop. You will need to provide information about each participant so we can arrange for your entry to the event. Participants will be sent email information regarding their entry regardless of their marketing preferences. Those completing the order will also be asked to opt-in to our marketing channels should they wish to receive news, offers or information about our products and services. We will use this information to send you the relevant communications depending on those opt-ins. Anyone can unsubscribe from our marketing options at any time.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

We use that data in order to fulfil our obligation to you whether that is providing you with a product or service such as an event entry.
